Straight facts, no fluff
The staff was friendly, with notable dedication from Chandra at reception and breakfast. Our location was great, centrally positioned. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty carpets and unkempt bathrooms reported. Noise levels were disruptive, and maintenance issues were evident, impacting our overall satisfaction during our two-night stay.

I can't get over how cozy the King Room was, especially with the nice sitting area perfect for winding down! The warm indoor pool and hot tub were such a treat after a long day. Plus, the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.
